RIPE NCC's Test Traffic Measurements Service (TTM) has been offered to the Internet community as a full service since the 20th of October, 2000.
TTM measures key parameters of the connectivity between your site and other points on the Internet, in particular routing vectors, one-way delay and packet-loss, IPDV, Bandwidth, with additional measurements being developed. By utilizing dedicated measurement devices, Test Boxes, our service makes it possible to proactively and continuously monitor the connectivity of your network to other parts of the Internet.
